Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 5–14 business days for international delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During high-traffic periods or new releases, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Shop Pay.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.

Due to the limited quantities of our products, each customer may purchase only one item per style.

Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may purchase the last available item.

We occasionally restock popular pieces. Sign up for our mailing list to receive notifications about restocks and new releases.
